Vegan Creamy Dill Dressing: 3 Creative Recipes!
Trader Joe’s Vegan Creamy Dill Dressing is rich & flavorful. It gets its creaminess from cauliflower, almond butter, and shallots. The dill flavor shines through, and the garlic gives it a nice little punch.

RECIPE #1 –
Veggies & Dip with Creamy Dill Dressing
Makes one serving.

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon Vegan Creamy Dill Dressing
-
2 tablespoons nonfat plain Greek yogurt
-
2 Persian cucumbers, sliced
-
10 pita chips
Directions:
-
Combine the dressing and yogurt. Stir well.

When ready to eat, simply enjoy the cucumbers & chips with the dip.
RECIPE #2 –
Creamy Dill Salmon with Broccoli & Brown Rice
Makes two servings.

Ingredients:

oil spray
-
½ pack (two 4 oz. pieces) salmon
-
black pepper, to taste
-
1 lemon
-
1 pack (12 oz.) broccoli florets
-
1 cup (½ pouch) frozen brown rice
-
¼ cup Vegan Creamy Dill Dressing
Directions:
-
Preheat oven to 400° F.

Place a large sheet of foil on a baking sheet. The foil must be large enough to fold over the fish & veggies and seal.

Place the salmon & broccoli on the foil, season with black pepper and the juice of half the lemon. Fold the foil over and seal well.

Bake for 10-15 minutes, until fish is cooked through. (Cooking time depends on the thickness of fish).

While the fish is baking, cook the brown rice according to package instructions.

When done, place half the salmon, broccoli, and brown rice on each plate.* Squeeze remaining lemon over the fish and drizzle two tablespoons dressing over each serving. Enjoy!

RECIPE #3 –
Chicken Romaine Salad with Creamy Dill Dressing
Makes two servings

Ingredients:

1 pack Romaine Salad
-
½ pack (6 oz.) Grilled Lemon Pepper Chicken, diced
-
2 Persian cucumbers, sliced
-
½ pack cherry tomatoes, halved
-
½ avocado, diced
-
¼ cup Vegan Creamy Dill Dressing
-
20 pita chips (10 per serving)
Directions:

Combine all ingredients except the chips.
-
Divide onto two plates.*
-
Enjoy ten chips per serving. Crumble them on top of the salad as croutons or enjoy them on the side.
