Simple Carrot Ginger Miso Salad with Trader Joe's Salmon Burger
This simple & delicious salad will surprise your tastebuds with fun flavors & textures. The snow peas & baby corn add a nice crunch, the fire roasted bell peppers & avocados are rich & creamy, and Trader Joe’s Carrot Ginger Miso Dressing adds a savory, zesty flavor with a punch of ginger.

Ingredients:

2 salmon burgers

1 pack Herb Salad Mix

½ pack sugar snap peas, chopped

½ pack baby corn, chopped
-
½ jar fire roasted red peppers, diced

1 avocado, diced

½ cup Carrot Ginger Miso Salad Dressing
Directions:

Cook the salmon burgers according to package instructions. Once done, cut into small pieces.

Pour the Herb Salad Mix into a large salad bowl.

Add the snow peas, baby corn, red peppers, avocado, and salmon pieces.
Add the dressing and toss the salad. -
Divide onto two plates. Enjoy!
