Mandarin Orange Chicken & Broccoli
Trader Joe's Mandarin Orange Chicken has been a customer favorite for years, but we’ve avoided using it in our recipes because of the high sodium content.
However, we’ve had so many requests, that we decided to come up with a way to reduce the sodium while still enjoying the delicious tender chicken, crispy breading, and sweet & spicy orange sauce.
The package includes two sauce packets, but we’re using just one to keep the sodium & calories in check. You can save the 2nd packet for a future meal, like a basic stir fry with rice, veggies, and protein.
