Mandarin Orange Chicken & Broccoli
Trader Joe's Mandarin Orange Chicken has been a customer favorite for years, but we’ve avoided using it in our recipes because of the high sodium & calorie content.
However, we’ve had so many requests, that we decided to come up with a way to create a nutritious & satisfying meal that keeps calories & sodium in check!
Our simple hack: Add veggies + whole grains so you can fill up while enjoying a moderate portion of the tender chicken, crispy breading, and sweet & spicy orange sauce.
