Turkey, Pomegranate & Avocado Sandwich
Creamy and crunchy, sweet and savory, fresh and satisfying, this recipe is perfectly balanced. It may just be our very favorite sandwich. EVER!

All ingredients purchased @ Trader Joe's
Ingredients:

2 slices Ezekiel bread, toasted
-
2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
-
2 tablespoons Everything but the Bagel Greek Style Yogurt Dip
-
2 slices (2 oz.) Organic Oven Roasted Turkey Breast

½ Persian cucumber, sliced
-
¼ avocado, mashed
Directions:

Toast the bread.

Stir the pomegranate seeds into the yogurt dip.

Spread pomegranate-yogurt dip onto one slice of toast.

Layer the turkey & cucumber slices on top.

Spread the avocado on the other slice of bread.

Bring the two sides together. Enjoy!
