In this Raspberry Nut Butter Waffle, we use Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Toaster Waffle because it gets nice & crispy on the outside, but stays light & tender on the inside.

We add nut butter for protein and fresh & freeze-dried berries for fiber, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and a delicious sweet-tart flavor.

This simple & nutritious breakfast is so yummy, it feels like a treat. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Gluten Free Toaster Waffle

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted peanut butter or almond butter

  • 1 tablespoon Organic Freeze Dried Berry Medley

  • 1 container (6 oz.) raspberries

  

Directions:

  1. Toast the waffle.

  2. Spread the nut butter on the waffle.

  3. Sprinkle freeze dried berries on top.

  4. Enjoy some of the fresh raspberries on top and the rest on the side.
