Ingredients:
- ¾ cup almond milk

½ teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

¼ can Trader Joe’s organic pumpkin*
- *If pumpkin is out of stock, use a full banana instead of half banana.

½ banana (Tip: frozen banana will make the shake creamier)

1 tablespoon nut butter of your choice

1 date
-
handful of ice
Directions:
- Blend the almond milk and pumpkin pie spice to distribute the spice evenly.
- Add the rest of the ingredients in the order listed.
- Blend until smooth.
- Enjoy every sip!
