Open Face Tuna Salad Sandwich with Side Salad

All ingredients from Trader Joe's
Ingredients:

1 slice Organic Ancient Grain & Seed Bread, toasted

½ container Homestyle Tuna Salad

¼ jar fire roasted red peppers, diced

¼ bag Power to the Greens

1 tablespoon Glaze
Directions:

Toast the bread.

Place the tuna in a bowl and mix in the red peppers.

Spread some of the tuna-pepper mixture on the toast.

Add the greens & Glaze to the tuna-pepper mixture and stir well.
