This open-face tuna salad sandwich hits the sweet spot of nutritious and delicious without a ton of effort.

All ingredients from Trader Joe's

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice Organic Ancient Grain & Seed Bread, toasted

  • ½ container Homestyle Tuna Salad

  • ¼ jar fire roasted red peppers, diced

  • ¼ bag Power to the Greens

  • 1 tablespoon Glaze

 

Directions:

  1. Toast the bread.

  2. Place the tuna in a bowl and mix in the red peppers.

  3. Spread some of the tuna-pepper mixture on the toast.

  4. Add the greens & Glaze to the tuna-pepper mixture and stir well.

  5. Enjoy the open-face sandwich with the side salad.
