Nutty Crunchy Apple-Pear Bowl
This recipe is a perfect mid-morning snack. It’s packed with protein, fiber and nutrients to keep you satisfied & energized between meals.

The combination of the sweet, tart fruit, the rich nut butter and the crunchy seeds & almonds is divine. Plus, the cacao chips will satisfy your chocolate craving with minimal added sugar.

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon tablespoon unsalted nut butter

2 tablespoons almond milk

1 medium apple, diced

1 medium pear, diced

2 tablespoons, roasted sunflower seeds

2 tablespoons, slivered almonds

1 tablespoon 72% Cacao Dark Chocolate Chips
Directions:

Combine the nut butter and almond milk in a bowl and stir until it reaches a smooth consistency.

Add the diced fruit and stir until each piece is coated with nut butter.

Place half in a small bowl for today and the other half in an airtight container to store in the fridge for tomorrow.

Sprinkle one tablespoon sunflower seeds, one tablespoon slivered almonds, and ½ tablespoon cacao chips on top of today’s serving.

When ready to eat tomorrow’s snack, simply take out of the fridge and sprinkle the seeds, nuts & chips on top.
