Cherry Pie Overnight Oats
This is the perfect recipe for busy days when you're on the go! It takes only minutes to prepare and the next morning you'll have a delicious nutrient-rich breakfast waiting for you.
The Greek yogurt and almond milk give it a creamy texture, the sweet cherries are incredibly flavorful, and the oats & chia seeds are packed with fiber, protein, and the healthy carbs & fat you need to fuel your body.

Makes 2 servings
All ingredients purchased @ Trader Joe's
Ingredients:

1 packet unsweetened instant oatmeal

½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

½ cup almond milk

1 tablespoon chia seeds
-
½ tablespoon vanilla

2 cups Pitted Dark Sweet Cherries (frozen)

¼ cup slivered almonds
Directions:

Combine all ingredients except slivered almonds in a bowl and stir well.

Divide evenly into two mason jars (or any two containers with resealable lids).

Place in refrigerator overnight (at least six hours) so that the oats can soften and the mixture can thicken.

When ready to eat, remove the lid and stir. If the consistency is too thick, add a splash of almond milk and then top each serving with two tablespoons slivered almonds.
