Baja Fish Bowl
We love kitchen shortcuts that make food prep faster, easier & more convenient. And for this meal, our short cut is Trader Joe’s frozen fish sticks!
Unlike other brands we’ve tried, these are not greasy or salty. They’re lightly breaded with a nice crunch and the fish inside is flaky, not mushy.
Combined with the veggies, brown rice, and delicious Cilantro Dressing, you’ve got a complete, well-balanced meal in less than 20 minutes.
