Nut Berry Smoothie
If you haven’t tried mixing nut butter into your smoothie, this recipe will be a pleasant surprise.
The rich nut butter flavor mixed with tart berries & sweet banana creates a deliciously refreshing breakfast or snack.
Full of fiber, protein, and antioxidants this smoothie will keep you satisfied for hours.
Makes 2 servings
All ingredients purchased @ Trader Joe's
Ingredients:
- 1½ cups Unsweetened almond beverage (original or vanilla)
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice)
- 1 Banana (slice & freeze in advance for a creamier smoothie)
- 12 oz Organic Mixed Berries (frozen)
Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender in order listed. Add a handful of ice if desired. Blend well.

Divide into two glasses or bottles. Enjoy!
