No-Bake Chocolate PB Coconut Clusters
Our No-Bake Chocolate PB Coconut Clusters are light & refreshing bites of perfection. They’re sweet & chocolatey, but also surprisingly healthy.
And so quick & easy to prepare. Make them ahead of time and store in the freezer to enjoy later as a treat, or even a mid-morning snack!

Makes 4 clusters (2 servings)
All ingredients purchased @ Trader Joe's
Ingredients:

½ banana, mashed

½ tablespoon unsalted peanut butter or almond butter

1 tablespoon cacao powder

2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut

2 tablespoons unsalted slivered almonds
Directions:

Mix ingredients together.

Spoon the mixture onto a cookie sheet. You should get four clusters.

Freeze for 2 hours. Enjoy!
