Honey Roasted Pumpkin Ravioli

These cute little ravioli are stuffed with pumpkin and ricotta cheese. The creamy, earthy flavors are both hearty and satisfying. And they cook up in just five minutes!

Autumnal Harvest Creamy Pasta Sauce 

Because this tomato-based sauce is made with pumpkin, butternut squash & carrots, it provides plenty of vitamin A & vitamin C. It’s creamy, filling, and full of delicious fall flavors.

 

 

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Spread

This sweet & tangy cream cheese is made with real pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spices. To boost the protein, mix 2 tablespoons of cream cheese with 2 tablespoons of nonfat plain Greek yogurt.

  • Serving suggestions:
    • Breakfast: Spread it on toast and enjoy blueberries on the side.
    • Afternoon snack: Pair with jicama sticks & pita crackers.

 

 

Pumpkin Cranberry Crisps
