This ten-minute breakfast is a warm, comforting blend of creamy oatmeal, crunchy pecans & naturally sweet banana. Loaded with fiber, potassium, protein, and healthy fats, it’s the perfect fuel for a productive morning.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Organic Rolled Oats with Ancient Grains & Seeds
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 cups Unsweetened Almond Beverage (original or vanilla)
  • ¼ cup Unsalted Pecan Pieces (raw or dry toasted)
  • ¼ cup Banana Chips (crushed)

 

Directions:

  1. Combine oatmeal, banana & almond beverage in a pan.

  2. Cook on medium 5-10 minutes.

  3. Divide into two bowls and top each serving with 2 tablespoons pecan pieces & 2 tablespoons banana chips. Enjoy!

 


*Cooking for one? Eat one serving today and store the second serving in fridge for tomorrow. To reheat, add 2 tablespoons water or almond beverage and heat on stovetop or in microwave.
