4 Healthy and Refreshing Iced Tea Recipes
Iced tea is a refreshing way to stay hydrated, but pre-made iced teas can be high in sugar and calories. It’s healthier and more fun to make your own!
Try one of our delicious recipes below to quench your thirst. The first two are made with non-caffeinated herbal tea, and the other two are caffeinated.
HOW TO MUDDLE:
When we add fruit to our iced tea, we “muddle” it to release the juices & flavors. If you’re not familiar with muddling, here’s how to do it:
Place the fruit in the bottom of a glass. Use a muddler or the end of a wooden spoon to press & twist the fruit to release the juice.Want to see us make the recipes? Check out our video on the Healthy Eating at Trader Joe's Facebook page!
