RECIPE #1 –

Egg Frittata with Swiss Cheese & Cauliflower

Fluffy, savory & high in protein!

 

Ingredients:

  • ½ pack Egg Frittata with Swiss Cheese & Cauliflower

 

Directions:

  1. Heat one frittata according to package instructions.

 


 

RECIPE #2 –

Homestyle Pancakes with Berries

Simply scrumptious! 

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 Gluten & Dairy Free Homestyle Pancakes

  • ½ cup Trader Joe’s Very Cherry Berry Blend

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  • 2 tablespoons nonfat plain Greek yogurt

 

Directions:

  1. Heat the pancakes according to package instructions.

  2. Combine the Very Cherry Berry Blend & syrup in a non-stick skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce to low and simmer 3-4 minutes.

  3. Spread the yogurt on the pancakes.

  4. Pour the sauce on top.

 


 

RECIPE #3 –

Berry Parfait with Toasted Coconut Granola

Sweet, creamy, crunchy & high in protein! 

 

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • ½ cup Trader Joe’s Very Cherry Berry Blend

  • 2 tablespoons Toasted Coconut Granola

 

Directions:

  1. Place the yogurt, vanilla and cherry blend in a container and stir well to combine.

  2. Sprinkle the granola on top. Enjoy!
