RECIPE #1 –
Egg Frittata with Swiss Cheese & Cauliflower
Fluffy, savory & high in protein!
Ingredients:

½ pack Egg Frittata with Swiss Cheese & Cauliflower
Directions:
-
Heat one frittata according to package instructions.
RECIPE #2 –
Homestyle Pancakes with Berries
Simply scrumptious!
Ingredients:

2 Gluten & Dairy Free Homestyle Pancakes
-
½ cup Trader Joe’s Very Cherry Berry Blend
-
1 tablespoon maple syrup
-
2 tablespoons nonfat plain Greek yogurt
Directions:
-
Heat the pancakes according to package instructions.

Combine the Very Cherry Berry Blend & syrup in a non-stick skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce to low and simmer 3-4 minutes.

Spread the yogurt on the pancakes.

Pour the sauce on top.
RECIPE #3 –
Berry Parfait with Toasted Coconut Granola
Sweet, creamy, crunchy & high in protein!
Ingredients:

½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
-
1 teaspoon vanilla
-
½ cup Trader Joe’s Very Cherry Berry Blend
-
2 tablespoons Toasted Coconut Granola
Directions:

Place the yogurt, vanilla and cherry blend in a container and stir well to combine.

Sprinkle the granola on top. Enjoy!
