Turkey & Greens Power Salad
Short on time but want to eat healthy? Here’s a balanced, satisfying lunch you can pull together in five minutes!
We’re starting with a Trader Joe’s prepared salad, but making it more satisfying & nutritious by adding protein, extra veggies, healthy fat, and whole grains.

All ingredients purchased @ Trader Joe's
Ingredients:
- 1 container Mozzarella & Tomato Salad (pre-made salad)
- ¾ package Power to the Greens
- 4 slices Trader Joe’s Smoked Turkey Breast* (diced)
- 1 Tomato (sliced)
- ½ Avocado
- 2 Seeds & Grains Crispbread Norwegian Crackers
Directions:

Pour the Mozzarella and Tomato Salad into a large bowl.

Add Power to the Greens, turkey, tomato, and dressing. Toss and then divide onto two plates.

For each serving, spread ¼ avocado on one Crispbread Cracker.

Enjoy the salad with the avocado cracker on the side.
*Prefer a vegetarian version? Replace the turkey with 2 oz. of Trader Joe’s Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Pearls.
