We love the ease of Trader Joe’s salad kits, and the Sesame Crunch Chopped Salad is one of our favorites. It’s super satisfying and low in calories & fat.
The bok choy, cabbage & carrots make it both nutritious & crunchy, the toasted sesame ginger vinaigrette adds a sweet & savory punch, and the sesame sticks & nori give it a great finishing touch.
Make it a complete meal by adding the two ingredients we’ve listed below.

Options:
- 6 oz. chicken, salmon, shrimp, or turkey
- ½ pack Organic Baked Tofu
- ¼ cup slivered almonds
