Creamy Mango Green Smoothie
This smoothie is so delicious it tastes like mango ice cream! But it’s actually a healthy, on-the-go breakfast or morning snack.
Mangos are full of fiber, potassium, and vitamins A & C. Bananas are packed with potassium, fiber, and vitamin B6. And Greek yogurt provides protein to turn this smoothie into a well-balanced meal.

Makes 2 servings
All ingredients purchased @ Trader Joe's
Ingredients:

1 cup almond milk
-
2 handfuls spinach
-
1 banana (freeze the banana in advance for creamier consistency)

1 cup mango (fresh OR TJ’s frozen Mango Chunks)

½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
-
2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)

handful ice
Directions:

Place ingredients in blender in order listed.

Blend well and then pour into two glasses or containers.*
*If making in advance, store in fridge for up to two days in a container or mason jar with an airtight lid. It may separate, which is perfectly natural. Just shake it up and you’re good to go!
